Return Policy

Return / Replacement:

When you buy any products on www.igrasp.co.in , your purchase is covered by our 15days Return policy.

We do Sell Brand new items, we do Quality pre checks, better packing & safer shipping through reputed transporters to make sure that you receive the products as you expected. In case if you are not satisfied with the items received due to product not as shown in the website or if you receive the wrong item or if item received in non-working or damaged condition, we are delighted to offer replacement or full/partial refund according to the issue.

If you have any issues regarding the product received, you need to request for a return to our customer support, simply write to us with your details to support@igrasp.in with your purchase details & pictures of item received (pictures are must required in case any damage claim) within 15 days of your receipt of the item. Please include your order number, invoice number, make/model of the item, and date of purchase, date of receipt and the reason for return.

Our service team will study and approve the returns with a Return number. You need to mention the return number. In the parcel and write it as "return to seller for repair" in the packing. Returning charges has to be paid by you while sending it back to us. Returning courier charges can be refunded, if the product found to be having issues or problem happened due to our (GM ELECTRONICS.) mistake. Exchange/Refund of the item will be processed after approval from our service team for any damage or Fault.

Refunds are being processed within 7 to 21 days of item receipt buy us, as per the actual payment mode done. All payments for refunds will be processed through NEFT bank transfer or by Cheque deposit only and irrespective banks or payment modes chosen with in this prescribed time. No cash payments will be processed for refunds at any point, due to account regulations. Please contact Customer Support team through support@igrasp.in for more details.

* The item has to be returned in same packaging with all included accessories & documents. We do not accept returns if the product is being used having scratches or dirt’s due to usages or missing of accessories and original manufacturer packing. In special cases we can consider to offer partial refund if the packing is damaged or item slightly used like that according to the situation and it is our sole decision.

Order Cancellation:

GM ELECTRONICS / IGRASP.IN / IGRASP.CO.IN believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been dispatched from our warehouse or it is in transit for delivery. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the GM ELECTRONICS / IGRASP.IN / IGRASP.CO.IN marketing team has obtained on special occasions or special events.
